Sessions As with all learning, studying martial arts will be a unique process for each individual. For this reason all sessions are delivered to meet the specific needs of students. Many students prefer to have one to one tuition, where their learning is more advanced and they progress at their own pace.Other students prefer to learn in small groups, which suits their leaning style well. Gary Gregory, the head of the style, or one of the academy's dedicated instructors, will discuss this with you at your free introductory lesson and the best format for you will be explored.
